Berg's farm slaughterhouse – bird and small animals

In Sotenäs, support is granted for the establishment of Berg's farm slaughterhouse, a collaboration with Stora Svälte farm that will lead to a small-scale slaughterhouse for poultry and small animals. The project creates conditions for increased local and sustainable meat production with a focus on animal welfare, short transport distances, and grass-based breeding.
Local collaborations like this increase knowledge in the area, build strong networks, and lay the foundation for long-term sustainable rural development.
