Carry out a microproject

Time to turn the idea into reality? We are with you throughout the journey.

Time to leave the starting blocks!

What happens now?

Have you signed the agreement that we sent out to the authorized signatories for the organization? Then it is time to start the implementation of the microproject. On this page, there is information about what to consider and relate to during the implementation and final reporting.

Follow the project plan

It is important that you follow what you wrote in the application and work according to the project plan. Contact the Leader team if the microproject cannot be implemented as intended. Likewise, if more time is needed or if the financing of the project changes. It is important that this contact occurs before you make any changes. Otherwise, there is a risk that the support cannot be paid out.

Use our logos

Let it be visible that it is a microproject

All projects funded by Leader and the EU must show this by using our logos. This applies, for example, to advertisements, information sheets, and web pages. The logos can be downloaded on the page Forms and logos.

We are happy to help you spread information about your microproject in our channels – tag @LeaderBohuslän to draw our attention to what is happening.

You are our ambassadors!

Microprojects inspire! Please tell others about us and the opportunity to apply for leader support. Together we pave the way for development.

Advice and information

Apply for an advance

There is an opportunity to apply for an advance if the applying organization has difficulty covering the costs upfront. Contact the Leader team if you want to apply for an advance. Justify why you need to apply for an advance and what proportion of the granted support you need in advance.

Final reporting

When you have completed your microproject, it is time for final reporting. By the project's end date, the following documents must be submitted to Leader Bohuslän via email:

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Proof of payment from the bank showing that you have paid the expense
  • Any marketing materials (to check logos)
  • Participant list for expenses for food/snacks
  • Mileage log for expenses for mileage compensation
  • Any permits to carry out the microproject
  • Completed final report
  • Project diary for voluntary work
  • Project diary for expenses for own work (sole proprietorship)
  • Image/images showing the implementation of the microproject

Report the voluntary time

Facilitate the work of reporting voluntary time by writing down your hours continuously throughout the project period. You can account for your time from the day your application was submitted to Leader Bohuslän.

Forms for time reporting can be found on the page Forms and logos but it is perfectly fine to create your own lists in, for example, Excel. The important thing is that it is clear who has done something, when it was done, and what has been done. The lists also need to include contact information, such as phone numbers, for those who have contributed with voluntary work.

Submit the forms for voluntary time to us via email at the final reporting. A summary of the voluntary time should be stated in the final report.

Expenses and unit costs

  • Food/lunch – 100 SEK excl. VAT/person
    Unit cost.
To report the expense, a participant list, receipt, and proof of payment are required. Deductions will be made if the amount for food per person exceeds 100 SEK excl. VAT.
  • Mileage = 40 SEK/mile
    Unit cost.
To report the expense, a correctly filled driving log is required. Remember to provide the full address.
  • Snack – maximum amount 60 SEK excl. VAT/person To report the expense, a participant list, receipt, and proof of payment are required. Expenses for snacks are reimbursed with actual costs but with a maximum of 60 SEK excl. VAT per person.
  • Salary – expenses for staff
To report salary costs in a microproject, a payslip and project diary are required. To cover social fees and other personnel-related expenses, a standard of 44.31% of the gross salary is calculated. The leader team will help you calculate the correct amount if needed.
  • Own work 340 SEK/hour – only for sole proprietorships/partnerships. Reported per hour with a project diary.
