Nordströmgården HB wants to invest to develop a meeting and marketplace for local small-scale food producers and consumers. The ambition is for the project to facilitate and contribute to increased production and consumption of sustainably locally and regionally produced food. Thanks to the Leader support, Nordströmgården HB will be able to invest in refrigerators and freezers intended for use in the sale of goods. With the investment, the producers who sell their products on the site will be able to market them in the best way, thereby increasing the opportunities for more people to notice locally produced food. The goal is well aligned with the ambition in other local projects and association activities that work for an active and sustainable Tjörn.
