The old dairy in Orust has in recent years become a hub for sustainable
business activities and not least a popular destination. The good reputation has spread and today there are activities in reuse, crafts, and local food production. More businesses would like to establish themselves at the site, but today the premises have an outdated heating system that hinders development. Therefore, a new heating system will be installed within the project, allowing more sustainable businesses to operate in the historic old building. Cultural history is linked with entrepreneurship and sustainable place development. It is a project support for businesses and the applicant is Orust Brattorps Fastighets AB.
