If you are seeking project support or contacting us regarding a project idea, your and your organization's contact details will be saved.

Data Controller

Consent is requested by the non-profit association Leader Bohuslän, 802540–7225. Leader Bohuslän is the data controller for the personal data processed within the framework of the consent.

What personal data will be processed?

The personal data we store in our register includes information about: Organization, company or association, names of contact persons as well as their phone numbers and email addresses. It may also include, for example; personal identification number, address, photo, video material, and special dietary requirements.

What is the purpose of processing personal data?

The purpose is to establish contact lists to send information and invitations that we believe are of interest to your organization or project idea. We also share the data with organizations that we believe may be potential partners for you in order to carry out your project idea.

Principle of Public Access

Leader Bohuslän handles project applications based on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's regulations and support systems and therefore operates under the principle of public access. This means that documents, including personal data, submitted to us become public documents that may be disclosed. Before we disclose any documents, we always assess whether the person who requested access to the documents has the right to this or if there are objections and exceptions for confidentiality.
