Sustainable experience in the northernmost Bohuslän

Combining gardening knowledge and building preservation at a restored farm in Strömstad to create a destination and course program focused on sustainability is a fantastic idea that is likely to be a success.

About the project

Sustainable experience in the northernmost Bohuslän

If one has accumulated a lot of knowledge about gardening and cultivation and has friends who specialize in building preservation and who are also eager to share their expertise with others, it is a wonderfully good idea to team up and create a destination and course program focused on sustainability. If the place is also an old restored farm that truly sets a good example in these areas, success is a fact. Fjälla Garden and Bönnlia Building Preservation, together with the Study Association Vuxenskolan Väst, are creating a project aimed at showing people alternatives that can enrich their lives without the consumption of goods. They will organize courses, workshops, and activities where everyone has sustainability as a common denominator. Fjälla Garden is located in Strömstad municipality right next to the Norwegian border.
